Survey
If you would like us to install your Ecco Stove, we do need to survey the property to ensure that we can offer a full quote and recommend the best stove for your property and needs! If you are within 1 hour of our Studley showroom we can carry out an installation survey free of charge. If you are more than 1 hour away from our Head Quarters there may be a refundable charge (refundable should you proceed with the quotation depending on your location) for the quotation.

Installation
While all the Ecco Stoves are simple and quick to build the installation and in particular the chimney / flue system is key to getting the most out of your stove and ensuring it works correctly. Although Ecco Stoves weigh between 270-800kgs they can be installed in most locations due to the modular construction. If you don’t have a chimney, a twin wall insulated flue system can be used through or going up the outside of your property.
Ecco Stove offer a full installation service through our own HETAS registered installers. We cover the straight forward installations and even the more complex work that may be required. We have a network of dealers, showrooms and installers who you can contact for a quote. Please contact us should you need a local representative or of course, speak to Ecco Stove directly.
You are not obligated to have your Ecco Stove installed by us or one of our dealers should you choose not to. If you are using an installer who is not Ecco Stove approved we would recommend they contact us to discuss the installation to ensure they understand the build process.
